PARTICIPATIVE STYLE • Involvement in decision making improves the understanding of issues involved by those who must carry out decisions. DEMOCRATIC STYLE • The entire team is involved in and accepts responsibility for goal settig and achievement. • Subordinate have considerable freedom of action.
