Hardware talk2™ M2M/IoT gateway supports RS232 and RS485 Modbus RTU connections to OEM equipment and includes all the protocol and logic code necessary to enable you to push data to cloud-based remote monitoring services – your own or a hosted service. The RMS100 Combines local sensor, actuator and serial interfaces with a cost-effective satellite modem. Software controllable events, RS485 and discrete input/output lines make the RMS100 a highly flexible hardware component of M2M Data Corp's remote monitoring services. The RMS1000 Supports numerous protocols and interfaces directly to field instruments, electricity meters, equipment control panels, EFMs, RTUs and PLCs. The unit provides direct access to engine monitoring parameters from Caterpillar® equipment via many different Data Maps that are available. Simply connect the RMS1000 to the equipment to be monitored or controlled via Ethernet, serial, analog, and digital I/O. Reports directly to M2M Data Corp's remote monitoring services. we connect™
Hardware RMS1500 Support for a wide range of wireless communications options and high I/O count, the RMS1500 delivers unparalleled value, performance, and reliability. The Iridium option, which uses a constellation of over 60 low earth orbit satellites, allows it to communicate in areas where cellular is not available and where the ground cover and terrain prove difficult for other satellite technologies. The base product provides 4 digital inputs, 1 digital output & 4 analog inputs, An optional I/O module is available with support for an additional 20 I/O points.
