Different foods such as easy recipes videos have different kinds of effects on people, and also affect their metabolism in various ways. For example, diets that are low in carbohydrates are usually the best for people to lose weight. However, these kinds of diets typically lead to a lack of energy and almost constant hunger. You can eat healthy by having a large number of salads each week, but you'd feel much hungrier than if you had some protein-rich, fatty foods every once in a while. Many nutritionists believe that a low carbohydrate diet consisting of several small meals a day helps combat fatigue and hunger.
