DAVAO CITY’S LOCAL POLICY It is hereby declared the policy of Davao City that sustainable development shall be pursued within the context of a balanced ecology through the proper use of natural resources giving due consideration to the protection and conservation of the environment and adapt to the impacts of climate change towards this end.
