DAME JUDI DENCH “ I think that learning at work is something that we probably think we all do, but sometimes we get stuck in a rut and, without realizing it, forget to learn something new and different. It's good to ask questions, be inquisitive and learn things as we go about our daily business.”

What This Means We don’t put effort in learning at work. Many opportunities may have gone without even knowing it.

Learner Types Activist - ‘what if’ like to leap on a bike and have a go. They learn by doing. Reflectors - ‘why?’ like to think about things before having a go, and to learn by watching other people try to ride bikes. Theorists - ‘what’ like to understand the theory and to have a clear grasp of the concept before having a go. Pragmatists - ‘How?’ like to have some practical tips and techniques from someone with experience before having a go.
