This also give you access to polygonal lasso which let you, make selection by just clicking on the canvass’ surface and make points. Crop tool—this is common. This enables you crop some undesired portion of your picture. Magic Wand—this tool is used in removing your photos backdrop. Marquee—this let you select portion of the canvas or picture in particular shape of form. Healing brush—enables you to sample some of photograph’s part and then use it in painting another part. Eyedropper—changes the forefront colour to a certain colour that it sampled from its backdrop. Pencil and paintbrush—used in various types of brushes
4 Gradient tools and Paint can—used in filling specific portion with your recent colour of your foreground. Sharpen, smudge and blur tool—act as paintbrushes but has various effect on your picture. The smudge will give you a nice blend of colour or making wisps. Sponge, Burn and Dodge tools—these are also act as paintbrush tools but its concern is the manipulation of light and the intensity of colour I the picture. Burn tool darkens the portion of the photo; dodge makes it lighter and sponge tool saturate or didn’t saturate the colour in your selected part. History brush—enables you to undo the paint you have made previously. 5 Load the picture you want to enhance and make some modifications. Properly select the picture that you desire. Open Photoshop. There are several version of Photoshop that you exist today but all of them have similar functions. After you open it, choose “File” from Photoshop menu then click “open”. The “Layers” panel which allow you to put elements on the document is located on lower right. Change the image’s size in your wanted size. In order to do this, click the “Image” from the Photoshop menu then click the “Image Size”. If you want to reduce some parts of the image for your project, select “Crop” from the toolbar. Select the portion that you want to crop then click the “Enter”. Select the portion of the image that you want to modify through using the valuable tools in the toolbar like the “Magic Wand”, “Polygonal “and “Magnetic Lasso”. The area that you selected is the only portion that you can edit. Through that, you will be able to protect other portions of the image. Choose drawing tools like the “Eraser” tool or the “Brush” tool to make valuable changes in your selected area. Each of the drawing tools that the Photoshop has will show you vital options. These options will enable you to make valuable adjustments in colour, opacity size and strength. If you wish to place the portion that you selected into other document, just use “Copy” and “Paste” purpose which is under “Edit”. You can use this technique in making photo collage. Select the “Text” Tool when you want to add caption into your chosen image. With the “Text” tool, select from the given categories like the font colour, font style, and the font size that you want. If you want to edit the text you have created, right click the layer of the text then select “Rasterize”.
7 Add valuable effects to the image by using “Filters”. You can choose among “Watercolour”, “Motion Blur” or “Sketch” to create effects on the picture. Furthermore, click “FX” which is under “Layers” in order to add other effects like “Drop Shadow” or the “Outer Glow” to your selected portion. After this simple starting Photoshop exploration, save your document by clicking “Save” under the “File”. You are now ready to learn other complex application on Photoshop.
