We seek to accomplish this with a focus on high quality products, an exceptional compensation plan, and a dedication to provide outstanding support and service to our customers, and distributors. In order to maintain this high level, it is vital that all Distributors follow our Policies and Procedures. Here are some important highlites. Approved Marketing Methods and Tools (Section 7.2) Distributors may not offer the Leaf opportunity through, or in combination with, any other product, service, system, program, sales tools, or method of marketing other than that specifically provided by Leaf. Distributors shall not require or encourage other current or prospective customers or distributors to execute any agreement, other than official Leaf Agreements, or to make any purchase from or payment to any individual or entity to participate in the Leaf Opportunity. Advertising (Section 7.3) Distributors are allowed to use only those sales tools, aids, and marketing and support materials produced by Leaf, unless Distributor created materials are submitted to and approved by the Leaf Compliance Department. Sales, marketing, and support materials include, training and recruiting information, brochures, flyers, pamphlets, posters, postcards, letters, classified advertisements, etc...e-mail messages, voice mail message, recordings, and Internet Websites used to publicize Leaf, its products, services or Compensation Plan. Trademarks (Section 7.4) Distributors may not produce for sale or distribution for profit any recorded Company events, speeches, audio or videotape presentations without written permission. Independent Leaf Distributor Logo (Section 7.5) You must use the Independent Leaf Distributor version of the Leaf logo provided in the distributor Back Office... Unsolicited Email (Section 7.7) Leaf does not permit distributors to send unsolicited commercial emails unless; * They are in accordance with applicable laws and regulations... US/CAN SPAM act... * There is a functioning return email address * There is a functioning “opt-out” notice * It must clearly and conspicuously disclose that the message is an advertisement or solicitation. * It must forward the opt-out request to the Company. Advertising to the General Public (Section 7.10) * Distributors may use approved ads and content in newspapers, magazines, websites, blogs, forums, or other public medium. * Distributors may not promote, sponsor or hold any public conference or group training of either the Leaf products or the Leaf opportunity. ** Webinars and other training events may be held by distributors if they have had personal contact with those that are attending the event. * Distributors may not advertise on websites, forums or other venues related to the following topics: passive income, investments, hyips or gold. *Associates of Executive or higher status may apply for advanced training on compliance and products to be approved to for public forum events. Leaf Replicated Websites (Section 7.12) All ads placed on the Internet must link directly to a distributor’s Leaf Replicated website.

Leaf International Compliance Summary TM Team Websites (Section 7.14) Purposes of connecting, communicating, training, education and sharing best practices among team members. Must be password protected and may only be shared with members of your sales organization. These must be registered with the Compliance Department and a user name and password must be provided to Leaf to insure compliance.. Banner Advertising (Section 7.19) Only banner advertisements provided by Leaf may be used, unless submitted to and approved by the Leaf Compliance Department. Social Media (Section 7.22) Social Media sites may not be used to enroll new Members, customers, take orders, sell or offer to sell specific Leaf products or services. * You must clearly identify yourself as an independent Leaf distributor. * Distributors may promote Leaf on FB using their personal profile or group, and place one pre-approved banner ad at the top, with the indication that you are a Independent Leaf Distributor. * Facebook Pages may only be used by Associate level of Executive or higher and must be pre-approved, and may only use approved banners and ads on their page. Deceptive Practices (Section 7.29) - Being honest and thorough when presenting Leaf. - Making clear that income from the Leaf compensation plan is based on product sales and not merely on sponsoring. - Not misrepresenting the amount of time and money an average distributor would have to devote to the business to achieve any financial success. - Never stating or inferring that you will build a down-line organization for anyone else. - Never stating that profits or earnings are guaranteed for an distributor. - Never stating that any consumer, business, or government agency has approved or endorsed the Leaf products or its compensation plan. - Never participating in placing a sales order for an distributor in your down-line. Product Claims (Section 7.32) Neither Leaf nor any distributor may make claims, including personal testimonials, as to the advertising effectiveness or any income that may occur from using any Leaf products or services, except those contained in official Leaf literature. This violate the laws and regulations of the United States and other jurisdictions. Income Claims (Section 7.33) Distributors may not make income projections, claims, or disclose his or her Leaf income. (this includes showing checks, bank statements, or tax records). Income Disclosure Statement (Section 7.34) The Leaf IDS is designed to convey truthful, timely, and comprehensive information regarding the income that a Leaf distributor might potentially earn. - In any public meeting in which the Compensation Plan is discussed or any type of income claims is made, you must provide every prospective Affiliate or Associate with a copy of the IDS and you must display at least one (3 foot x 5 foot poster board) in the front of the room. - Any non-public meeting (e.g., a home meeting, one-on-one, regardless of venue) with a prospective distributor in which the Compensation Plan is discussed you must provide them a copy of the IDS. - Any statements of actual or projected earnings, income testimonials, life style changes, etc., (public or private) MUST be accompanied by the Leaf IDS. - Youtube type videos must have the IDS link placed adjacent to the title.
