Through a 2 or 3 millimeter incision Dr Pazmino places small probes through the skin and directs them towards the fracture

Next Dr Pazmino Inflates a tiny baloon to create a small working channel in the bone and around the fracture.

Through this small working channel Dr Pazmino places a small balloon. Next Dr Pazmino inflates the balloon and in doing so he restores the height of the vertebral bodies which were fractured

Next Dr Pazmino deflates the balloon and the cavity where the balloon was is ready for cement. The cement will be used to maintain the desired height.

All our procedures are performed in a minimally invasive manner. All discectomies are performed as a microdiscectomy as opposed to the traditional open discectomy. All patients receive a plastics closure and are followed closely afterwards
