Program foundations Technical expertise quality There is no other Jahia partner than a Certified Partner. And a Certified Partner is a TRAINED Partner with developers that went through the “Jahia Official Certification Program – Jahia Developer”. JSG evaluates the Certified Partner status and level every year © 2002 - 2014 Jahia Solutions Group SA

Program foundations Reciprocity Partner Program benefits can only be delivered for Partners that are exclusively implementing projects covered by an Enterprise Jahia Annual Subscription For all the new or renewed Subscriptions sold thanks to the partner initiatives, a sales commission will be paid by JSG to the partner as reward of this successful commitment © 2002 - 2014 Jahia Solutions Group SA

Program foundations Non-Competition JSG shall not directly compete with a Partner that may be proposing JSG Offerings to an End Client. In such cases, JSG would not, therefore, submit a commercial bid for the same scope to the End Client that would simultaneously compete with the Partner offer, without prior consultation. © 2002 - 2014 Jahia Solutions Group SA

Program foundations Confidentiality We never communicates the existence of a project to our partner network when the project is brought by an identified partner. When several partners offer Jahia for the same project, we keep all information confidential among our partner network. © 2002 - 2014 Jahia Solutions Group SA

Program foundations Transparency When a partner brings a business to Jahia that is also brought by other partners, we let everyone know that there are competitive bids. This is the only transversal communication to partners during the indirect sales process. © 2002 - 2014 Jahia Solutions Group SA

Program foundations Impartiality  Jahia Solutions Group does not provide any exclusivity to its partners. Applying the same program rules for all partners, our sales and technical teams are always available to provide support to partners when needed on a project based on our technologies.  When several partners bid for Jahia, we adopt a completely neutral stand: if a demonstration is needed, it will be made in front of the end customer only. Thus Jahia Solutions Group does not favor a partner over another.  When only one partner bids for Jahia technologies, our support becomes “de facto” exclusive since our teams will join the effort to win the targeted account. Certified Partner Program Partner Status & Experience Level © 2002 - 2014 Jahia Solutions Group SA

Evaluation criteria Certified Partner status defined by commitment  Participation in an “Official Jahia Developer Certification Program” for the development teams responsible for implementing projects using the Software.  Stable Jahia expert team: if the teams trained initially are those responsible for projects successfully bid by the Partner, the calculation takes this into account for subsequent years  A Silver Partner successfully manages one project per year.  A Gold Partner successfully manages three projects a year or one project that involves a minimum of 5 JVM. Active participation in pre-sale phases (project submission) without direct involvement (demonstration) by Jahia Solutions Group’s pre-sale teams   Projects completed with positive End Client feedback  Level are evaluated as follow: Compliance with JSG’s recommendations in the presale phase in terms of architecture and technical assistance.  Certified Partner level defined by experience Organization of internal events presenting JSG Products that target the consultants involved in the pre-sale phase. © 2002 - 2014 Jahia Solutions Group SA

Premium certified partners From the final client point of view:  A warranty that all the Jahia’s implementation projects initiated by the Premium Certified Partner are by default covered by a global and dedicated support platform  As a natural consequence, it makes the technical relationship between developers of both teams stronger project after project  A proof of a stronger commitment between the Partner and the Jahia’s team through expertise sharing joint events © 2002 - 2014 Jahia Solutions Group SA

Premium certified partners From the Partner point of view:  A true quality label for potential customers to stand out  A warranty that all project will be covered by Jahia’s experts without multiple support contract allowing a huge technical assistance and training COST optimization  Get higher sales commission on subscription sales  The only way to get guaranteed joint communication opportunities with the official support of Jahia Solutions Group through marketing event (ie: webinars) and actions (Jahia’s public application store submission)  The only way to be recognized as an official “Instructor” and be allowed to provide OFFICIAL developers training (JSG being in charge of the certification exam at a discounted price for the final customer or the partner for its own developers)  For less than the cost of one support contract and a developer certification © 2002 - 2014 Jahia Solutions Group SA
