Why Readiness Benchmarks? • Schools and teachers are at different places on the continuum readiness indicators • Benchmarks allow schools and teachers to get support and personalized professional development based on needs • Based on schools needs, we (schools, ESS, USD, DO) will work with the team to provide resources and support • Readiness indicators are categorized by school and individual teachers

Timeline • Decisions will be made in May for which iPads will be ordered • Schools that are ready, based on benchmarks, will receive 1:1 iPads in grades 3-5 and a cart per grade level k-2.
