Core Identity Imagine yourself as four dinner guests. They can be real people, fictional characters, or your own made-up personifications. • • • • • • Who are they? Choose a label, name or the character. If each identity had an area of expertise, what would it be? What are three core values of each identity? What is the favorite topic of conversation for each identity? Which of the Six Classic Critics might trip it up? How would it most likely be triggered and what would the I.C. message likely be? • What’s on the line for this particular identity, what really matters to it?

Stacey traveled the USA, Latin and South America helping organizations deal with change and challenging their processes to gain more efficiency and effectiveness.
