Create an “employee performance portal” Appraise 25,000 guys and girls in 30 days ~8000 guys and girls in a day ~1000 dudes and dolls in an hour (8 hour day) ~ 18 dudes and dolls in a minute

“ The CEO and the board is interested in meeting you” For two weeks one year and have an interaction with ALL employees and call this process a fancy name ! so cute!

Dialogue with the CEO Her spent 7 hours doing the talks with employees once .

“ Work Life Balance” Play stupid games with your cubicle mates on a weekend

Create an intranet with sub standard quality And block all the good sites around. Firewall! Bitch!!!

and hire a fresher to put it up on social media And spam your employees with your great idea !
