What is the most common confusion about in-water timing restrictions? If the in-water timing restriction is April 1 to July 15 in any given year, when is work allowed in the water? In-water timing restrictions are usually expressed as a window of time when no work can occur in the water The permitted time would be any day outside of that window, in this case July 16 to March 31
