1. First of all, what is Jing? Jing* -is a free computer service that lets you capture basic videos, animation and still inages then share them to the web.

2. Go to your browser and type the word JING

3. Click TechSmith | Jing, Free Screenshot and Screencast Software

4. Click the FREE DOWNLOAD button

5. Click one of the download buttons based on your computer unit

6. Wait while Jing is being downloaded

7. Check the box beside “I accept the fine print”

8. Click Install

9. Click the “FINISH” button in the lower right corner

10. Click the play button to learn the basic tutorial

11. Now sign up and start using Jing

12. Click “create new account”.

13. Write your e-mail address

14. Write your display name

15. Write your password

16. Click the dropdown menu beside country

17. Click the country “Philippines”

18. Check the box beside “I want to help make Jing better”

19. Now Click “Create” button.

20. The name is already in use, so write another name

21. Write a new display name

22. Click “create” button

23. Look for the sun symbol of Jing at the center of your screen

24. Hover your mouse over the sun for the three rays to come out

25. Then click on the left ray with a cross sign to capture an image

26. Right click, hold then highlight an image that you want to capture then release

27. On the lower left corner click the first button to automatically share or save your image

28. On the lower left corner click the second button to manually savethe image captured

29. On the lower left corner click the third button to copy the captured image

30. You have an option to add text to your captured image

31. On the upper left corner are the icons to add text/s on the image captured

32. The arrow symbol is used to create an arrow

33. Click the Ticon to create text

34. Click the rectangle symbol to add a frame

35. Click the clip to change the color of the font

36. Click the red rectangle to change the color of the frame

37. Now insert a text box on the image

38. Right Click, hold then create a rectangle then release

39. Now write the texts or words inside the box

40. Click the letter A with arrow down to decrease the size of the font

41. Click the letter A with arrow up to increase the size of the font

42. Click the red rectangle to change the color of the font

43. Click the red rectangle on the left side to change the color of the frame into green

44. Click the drop down button of the font tab to change the original font

45. Change the file name to FEATHER

46. Click the first button in the lower left corner to let Jing automatically save

47. Wait while your image is being saved

48. Your work has been automatically uploaded to Screencast.com

49. Click view on Screencast.com

50. Click “full size” to view your work on an increased size

51. Click “small size” to view your work smaller fonts

52. Hover your mouse over the sun again

53. Click the middle ray of the sun and to check the history

54. Your historical record shows that there is one file saved

55. Hover your mouse over the file to find out the date and time

56. Hover your mouse over the sun again

57. This time click the third ray

58. In here you will find out more features

59. Click the first circle tif you are finished with your work

60. Click the second circle to send feedback to TechSmith

61. Click the third circle to edit your preferences

62. Click the fourth circle to ask for help regarding jing

63. And if you need help regarding audio and image

64. Click the fourth circle still to ask help regarding embeded code

65. Click the fourth circle also if you want to check updates

66. Click the last circle to exit Jing if you no longer need it

67. Click Yes. Bye Jing button If you are sure

68. And the sun will already disappear on your screen

69. Click No! I still need you! If you change your mind

70. Hover your mouse on the sun again then click the first ray

71. Right click, hold then highlight an image then release again

72. Now click the second icon on the lower left corner to record a video

73. Get familiar with the buttons function first

74. Click the first button to stop

75. Click the second button to pause

76. Click the third button to mute

77. Click the fourth button to restart

78. Click the fifth button to cancel

79. Recording of your activity will start at the count of three

80. Your activity is now being recorderd

81. You would see the video grid wherever you click your mouse

82. Let’s continue with our normal search activity

83. Go to your browser and type how to use jing software

84. Click Capture a video with Jing

85. You are directed in youtube

86. See the video grid is always there wherever you click

87. Then click another video: How to Remove a Watermark or a Logo from any Video

88. Then another video: How to Remove Watermark from vidoe using CAMTASIA

89. Click a new browser then type Camtasia free

90. Then click stop button to end recording

91. This will automatically appear on your screen

92. Highlight the numbers in the box next to Name

93. Then click delete to change the file name later

94. Just type First Video as a file name

95. Then click the save or share button

96. Wait while Jing is uploading your first video

97. Your first video is now uploaded to Screencast.com

98. Click Replay to watch and listen to your first video

99. So here is your first video recorded using Jing

100. Hover your mouse over the sun again to check your history

101. In your history box, there are already two files: an image and a video

102. How to retrieve the saved files

103. Just hover your mouse over the file then click

104. Click the eye-like symbol to view your saved file

105. Click the middle symbol if you want to share your file

106. Click the third symbol if you want to delete your saved file

107. Just repeat the same process : 1. Look for the SUN in the middle of your screen 2. Hover your mouse over it 3. Click the circle with a cross to start capturing an image or creating a video 4. Click the middle circle to review your history retrieve, view or delete your saved files 5. Click the last circle for more features that Jing can do for you.
