Effect On Weight gain or loss The same principles that helped one to loose the bulge will help one to gain weight. Nature will cooperate with the one who uses these principles of health. It will naturally bring the individual to the weight he is to be at --this is natures’ balancing act. If one is overweight he/she will come down-- if one is underweight he/she will come up --all naturally. Not through expensive diet pills or crazy diets or any other radical means. Balance How to Fight Disease!: How to Fight Disease! Avoid drinks that are too cold or hot. When too cold your body can not use it until it has warmed it—this slows digestion. Cold also cause the blood to contract and clotting or thickening of the blood is greater in possibility—this can cause clots in parts of the body to travel to the heart and cause cardiac arrest and if it clots in the brain it could mean a stroke. Careful here !! Also, non exercise or lack of can cause the blood to become thick and sluggish and this could cause the blood to clot. Therefore keeping the body active by regular exercise is key. It is said that chewing 32 times is best but depending on your food item it may take more or less. Swallowing food without chewing well-- the food is dumped into the stomach and it has to work harder to break it down. Arthritis soon follows. Arthritis is caused by other factors as well—but at least began eliminating the chewing part. Variety: Variety Seek to overcome the inclination to eat the same things. Train your taste and learn to prepare different foods healthfully ,best when free from fats and oils.
