4 Strategic conversations require a beginner’s mind; an openness to explore different perspectives and an entirely new angle towards solving your problem.

5 Modern leaders focus less on providing answers and more on creating the conditions to ignite creativity in others. Listen, don’t judge and reward failing forward.

6 When designing a strategic conversation, design backwards. Start by asking this question: “looking back, what has to have happened during that session to have achieved the desired result?”

7 Often, its your ability to define the problem that will distinguish a highly productive meeting. if you can’t sketch your problem, it’s likely not clear enough.
