Master Your Time Pressures Begin your day with a heart full ofappreciation and gratitude, no matterwhat the coming day looks like or howyou think your challenges might be. Plan to go through your day withthoughts and attitudes of thankfulness.

Master Your Time Pressures Get your priorities straight as you planyour day with your purpose in mind. Choose the three, not four (maybeeven two) things that you want toaccomplish today and focus on them.

Master Your Time Pressures Choose to leave room in your lifefor living. Don’t play the victim at work or athome.
