1 Trust is not earned, it’s local; it can only be started if you first GIVE it.

2 Trust is not a light switch. you’ll create a trusting environment by first trusting yourself.

3 Behavioral integrity is when your actions and words are in alignment. start by keeping the promises that you make to yourself.

4 The fuel of trust is accountability; elevate the standards you have for yourself.

5 If you’re apt not to be as trusting of yourself, enhance your competence.

6 As the leader, you’re not the messenger, you are the message. keep it consistent and reliable.

7 Enter each new relationship with genuine curiosity. The more you trust someone, the more trustworthy they become. “Trust begets trust.”

8 Keep in mind that those you work with are not looking for answers as much as they are looking for an honest perspective. give it & they’ll make their own decisions.

9 Showing up authentically starts with bringing your best self while being understanding of the needs of others. pivot when necessary.

10 Authentic trust can be restored, and it starts with acknowledging the misstep. invest in the relationship to rebuild your behavioral integrity
