Always be yourself The only way that you can be consistent with your values and beliefs is to be yourself. Therefore it is really important that you be yourself rather than copy someone else because being inconsistent is a quick way to send away customers.

Automation Being available to reply to your customers requests is extremely important and with an online business will definitely set you apart from your competition. Therefore it is a good idea to free up your time so that you are able to do that and provide a personal response.
