Our Body is made up of 75% of water and so being hydrated is really necessary for staying healthy. Our body constantly keeps on expelling water along with unnecessary salts either by sweating, urination, breathing etc. so we must have to drink water at regular intervals to compensate the water that is been lost. Dehydration happens when our body water level drops than normal which is harmful to health in multiple ways.
