Integrating all of who we are into everything we do is the best way to get long lasting and healthy results. skill required beginner yourchalkler will be Pablo Steinman - I am a qualified Ontological Sports Coach (Physical Education Teacher, Physical Sports trainer and Ontological coach) with professional experience in personal coaching numerous athletes in various sports including swimming, handball, football, and tennis for the last 13 years. I train personal one-one-one as well as team coaching sessions, and when coaching I use a holistic approach taking into consideration the many elements that influence the athlete's performance including their mental, physical, nutritional and social aspects. I believe that when all these aspects are included in a balanced training program, the athlete can achieve and maintain a high level of performance reaching their goals. Ontological Sports Coaching is a holistic approach that focuses on three mutually dependent domains – our physical body,

our emotions and our language. This method of coaching facilitates players to achieve what they are missing to obtain a complete and balanced set of skills so they can experience a deeper flow in the game, inside and outside of the court. My role as an Ontological Sports Coach is to be a keen observer of human beings in these three domains and intervene in what I see is the most appropriate domain to initiate change, eventually ensuring there is improvement in all domains to achieve a new way of being. I don’t tell people how to be or behave, rather I allow them to achieve what they desire.
