Emotional Intelligence is increasingly relevant to the development of both the individual and the organization. It relates strongly with concepts of love and spirituality which brings compacssion and humanity at work. We have all met people who are academically brilliant and yet are socially and inter-personally inept. We know that despite possessing a high IQ rating success does not automatically follow EQ is the golden key to success. Objectives The objective of this program is to enable the participants to survive in this unsure and competitive environment by utilizing the Emotional Intelligence Quotient as a skill and an attitude. EQ can be developed through structured learning and practicing. This session will help the participants to harness their EQ. High EQ low insecurity more openness.
