Our Group’s familiarity with Fast food has been instrumental to our success in developing our new hospitality concept. Grill inn concept is the latest addition to our family of American inspired casual dining outlets and is the culmination of those years of experience and the new direction in our food service activities specially developed for Indian Taste Buds. It is based on the idea ‘If you have the space, I have the format for you. • Different formats offered by Grill Hut • we have a format according to the space of the franchisee. Our formats range from a space of 150 sq ft to 3000 sq ft. Our variety of offerings is also depends on the format. The formats which are generally offered are: • • • • Kiosks (80 sq ft to 150 sq ft) Food Court (150 sq ft to 250 sq ft) GHD Small Shops with sitting ( 400 sq ft to 1200 sq ft) Stand Alone Large Restaurants (up to 3000 sq ft)
Food court • For a typical food court model space requirement is (150sq. ft. -400 sq. ft.). • Investment of approx. RS 10 to 15 lacs. • Initial Franchise fee is Rs 3 lacs for three years, and a renewal fee there after for same unit • Royalty Fee is eight(8%) of the sales Per Month.
Stand alone outlet • Area required is 800 sq. ft. to 1200 sq. ft. • Investment of Rs 15 lacs to 25 lacs. • Initial Franchise fee is Rs 5 lacs for 3 years and a renewal fee there after for same unit • Royalty Fee is eight (8% )of the sales per month.

Growth Projections • The first such outlet was launched at the prestigious City square Mall in Rajouri garden, Delhi, where it quickly proved its viability against much longer established food court eateries. • Currently Five more outlets are in pipe line at various prestigious Malls and High street locations in Delhi and NCR. • Second Phase Of Expansion plan : In tier 1 and tier 2 cites of India.
