Shortage of supply for the hotel industry in Cebu Tourist arrival in Cebu has grown from 1 million in 2004 to 1.25 million in 2006, averaging around 43% of the total tourist arrivals for the Philippines. Tourist arrivals have grown by 14.10% in 2004, 10.47% in 2005 and 11.57% in 2006.
