Is success only measured by what happens at work? • Self worth: how are you measuring it now? • If you spend a lot of time at work, it is easy to lose perspective of your true authentic self worth and success. • These patterns will make it harder to see an alternative way of life that may exist.... and time passes us by.
Strategic plan for life • There are other ways of living life and they are achievable! • What do you love doing and never have time for? • Where are you now and where do you want to be? • Write your top 10 goals in the next 3 years, don’t worry about the ‘How’ for now.

Activating your Work Life Balance goals (write and visualise) • Take your top 10 goals in the next 3 years, and look at the top 5 goals that you will achieve in the next 12 months. • Now, what needs to happen in the next 6 months? • And in the next 3 months? • What needs to happen in 1 month to get to the 3 months? • And in the next 7 days, what 3 actions can you take to get there?
