He is a visiting Professor of Organizational Behavior NGSM, Australian National University, Canberra; Shanghai University; and other universities. Dr. Rizvi has conducted several training workshops for senior executives in Mahindra and Mahindra, Samsung, UB Group, Suzuki Motor, ITC, Bajaj Group, BHEL, ONGC, GAIL and various other organiza- tions. Dr. Rizvi has conducted various research and consulting projects with AusAID-Australia, DFID-UK, SDC-Switzerland, World Health Organization, and World Bank.
