We see the local fraternity as an institution that has shaped each of us. It is part of the college experience and we want to ensure its survival through our investment in building a local meeting place for the members of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. at the local level. Values:  Values We value investing back into the fraternity that opened many doors for each of us. We value providing a safe meeting place for the local chapters, visiting brothers and their families to gather. We value making the fraternity house capable of reaching out to the community. We value having a central location to store the archives of our rich history as an organization. Values (continued):  Values (continued) We value providing a place for older brothers to “pass the torch” and give back to the younger brothers as they work through school. We value making the house accessible to all brothers including the disabled and the elderly. We value mentoring the youth in the local area through the use of this house. Goals:  Goals Our first goal is to build a debt-free house. To build a 5000 square foot fraternity house that can be utilized as a meeting place for members of Kappa Alpha Psi and social events by the Grambling community. We anticipate the total cost of the house to be approximately $500,000.00 based on $95.00 per square foot. How we can accomplish this goal :  How we can accomplish this goal By setting up a fund raising campaign with members from Gamma Psi, Louisiana Tech, & Eta Pi via a state of the art website that includes Paypal for total payment management, building progress and monthly communications to the Bond as we approach our financial goals.
