You set your own hours. You vacation when you want for as long as you want. We are not a franchise and we do not dictate hours of operation or establish minimum levels of performance. Our Licensees have complete responsibility to determine the success of their business. You are your own boss! Licensees also have the freedom to set advertising rates. For guidance, Local Sports Media will supply a schedule based on the Internet Advertising Bureau (IAB) estimated digital North American ad rates. Only where requested will Local Sports Media supply guidance to our Licensees to advise on rates that generate maximum Return on Investment for their advertisers, maximum profit for our individual Licensees and which are consistent with comparable digital ad rates within their region Slide 22: Relevant Web Site Traffic Online Success is determined by three factors: web site traffic, targeting your audience and delivering relevant local and national advertising to your visitors. Local Sports Media provides you with the digital tools to aggregate, manage and deliver the local sports content that keeps your visitors engaged, from professional sports to youth. Local Sports Media remains actively involved in promoting the LOCALsportsREPORT.COM brand in the community you serve. We help to develop the traffic partnerships and relationships needed to increase and maintain local and site wide traffic. LOCALsportsREPORT.COM delivers the tools needed to insure the financial success of our Licensees Slide 23: Simplicity, Transparency, Fairness At Local Sports Media we understand that simplicity, transparency and fairness are critical elements in deciding if a business opportunity is right for you. In addition to our powerful technology, our Licensees benefit from an agreement free of the daily grind and distraction of extensive financial and operational reporting typical to other licensee opportunities and all franchises; what you see is what you get, no hidden fees, royalties or costs which can cripple your full earnings potential. As a Licensee, your earnings and success will always be commensurate with your effort Slide 24: Freedom We give you the freedom to do what you love and to focus on what you do best and we encourage our Licensees to become active in their local sports community! A fully engaged, full-time Licensee can achieve earnings up to $150,000 or more annually, depending on location Slide 25: Associated Cost and Ongoing Fees Our License fees are based on population and renewable after 5 years. Licensees pay an initial License fee based on population for any one exclusive territory ranging from $3,500 to $25,000. Multiple Territory and state/province-wide Licenses are available to qualified Licensees. We also welcome inquiries from Master Distributors with corporate sales experience in franchising, licensing and multi-level marketing Additionally, Licensees pay a Monthly Fee of $1.75 per 1,000 monthly page views or a flat monthly fee ranging from $95.00 to $695.00 per month based on population, whichever is greater. The fee is waived for 120 days during which you build out your content and traffic relationships and network Slide 26: Associated Cost and Ongoing Fees Fees support initial customization; ongoing access to and use of software updates, security updates and maintenance; server capacity and maintenance, security updates, content storage and capacity; new features and refreshed design; web site traffic and content acquisition fees; URL, trade name and proprietary identifying marks and BECAUSE all SPORTS is LOCAL copy write; aggregation and management of state/province-wide and national content such as pro-sports 3rd party news feeds, forums and blogs.
