FIRST STEP WHEN IDEAS FAIL

My Personal Journey of Making My Idea a Reality

Our only enemy is our self. The Way We Feel The Way We Think What We Do

“ If you think you can believe it, you can do it. If you can do it, you can achieve it. If you can achieve it, you can welcome a better life. ”

There are no perfect results, only perfect experiences.

Sigmund Freud was booed from the podium when he first presented his ideas to the scientific community of Europe. He returned to his office and kept on writing. Sigmund Freud is the Founding Father of Psychoanalysis

Henry Ford failed and went broke five times before he succeeded. Henry Ford – Founder of Ford Motor Company “Failure is simply the opportunity to begin again, this time more intelligently.”

Fred Smith, the founder of Federal Express, received a "C" on his college paper detailing his idea for a reliable overnight delivery service. His professor at Yale told him, "Well, Fred, the concept is interesting and well formed, but in order to earn better than a "C" grade, your ideas also have to be feasible. Frederick W. Smith – Founder of FedEx (Federal Express) “Fear of failure must never be a reason not to try something.”

"So we went to Atari and said, 'Hey, we've got this amazing thing, even built with some of your parts, and what do you think about funding us? Or we'll give it to you. We just want to do it. Pay our salary, we'll come work for you.' And they said, 'No.' So then we went to Hewlett-Packard, and they said, 'Hey, we don't need you. You haven't got through college yet.'" ~ Apple Computer founder Steve Jobs on attempts to get Atari and HP interested in his and Steve Wozniak's personal computer. Steve Jobs – Founder of Apple, Inc. and Pixar Animation Studios “Sometimes when you innovate, you make mistakes. It is best to admit them quickly, and get on with improving your other innovations.”

Walt Disney was fired by a newspaper editor because "he lacked imagination and had no good ideas." He went bankrupt several times before he built Disneyland. In fact, the proposed park was rejected by the city of Anaheim on the grounds that it would only attract riffraff. Walt Disney, Founder of Disneyland and Walt Disney Animation Studios “Everyone falls down. Getting back up is how you learn how to walk.”

Colonel Sanders started out as an entrepreneur at the age of 66; when he developed a “Chicken recipe” business idea. He took this business idea to different restaurants and he was turned down over a 1,000 times. These rejections formed the foundation on which Kentucky Fried Chicken was built and this is what Colonel Harland Sanders has to say about his initial failures. Col. Harland David Sanders – Founder of Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) “One has to remember that every failure can be a stepping stone to something better.”
