A group exercise about giving and receiving ideas for the future. What would you like to get better at?

10 minute feedforward exercise

Step # 1 A number of people are together in a place

Step # 2 Everyone, please let go of the past. This exercise is about giving and receiving ideas for the future.

Step # 3 Please choose a behavior you would like to improve

Please choose the behavior that is most important to you.

Example # 1 ”I would like to be better at giving people praise / positive feedback.”

Example # 2 ”I would like to become a better listener.”

Example # 3 ”I would like to use social media more.”

Step # 4 Please get a piece of paper and a pen to use for taking notes

Step # 5 Please give and receive ideas to improve behavior

2 minute conversation with another person Part 1 Please go to a person. Part 2 Please give ideas to help improve the behavior the other person wants to improve. Part 3 Please receive ideas from the other person to help improve the behavior you want to improve. Listen and take notes. Shake hands and say thank you after receiving ideas.

Example ”I would like to be better at giving people praise / positive feedback.”

We will do 5 rounds of 2 minutes.
