9. The FS-UDs has highly qualified permanent teachers in their various fields of competence and a dedicated non-teaching staff. To date, the FS-UDs has 159 teachers, including:  13 Professors,  37 Associate Professors,  81 Senior Lecturers,  24 Assistant- Lecturers,  12 Temporary teaching assistants. …and 25 non-teaching staff members 1.3. 12. 2) Teaching and training activities 11 The BMD system has been gradually applied to the FS-UDs since the year 2006;  Since the year 2009, it covers all programs and training cycles. 2.1. Training cycles The training follow the BMD system:  Bachelor (B): 06 semesters - Diploma: Bachelor Degree  Master (M): 04 semesters - Diploma: Master with thesis  Doctorate (D): Between 3 and 5 years Diploma: Doctorate / PhD degree.
