Marketing quality and technical quality 1 is bad – 7 is great Technical quality was lower than our usual score The marketing quality of the event was once again rated excellent

Comparing email marketing profiling webinars from November 2009 to April 2009

We are working to improve the experience of presenting an application live. Alterian’s presentation was very relevant, but the technical platform did not do the presentation justice. I invited Alterian because many past attendees have asked for concrete and live tool presentation.

It is interesting to see how differently two people review the same experience. It again goes to prove how important it is to match speaker, topic and competence level of attendees. Conversion from signup to attendance is a an issue with web-seminars as it is with regular seminars. I wish more people would show us the respect of at least sending a cancellation email, but….
