WHAT IS EEO? Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) is about ensuring that all employees have equal access to the opportunities that are available at work. A policy of providing uniform standardized access to employment, training and promotion to all individuals regardless age, sex, race, disability, religion, colour or ethnic background.

EXAMPLES OF BEING UNEQUAL. -Giving men higher rates then women. Sexist remarks to women in the workplace. -Preferring a certain race against another, even with same qualifications and skill level.

CONSEQUENCES If Discrimination and Unequal rights still continue and an employee/individual presses charges large fines to the discriminator and business will be taken into place. If the case is bad enough lawsuits can be taken and imprisonment can be a result of the ordeal.
