This presentation is a summary of the report, Energy refurbishment for sustainable Social, Public and Cooperative Housing: Insights on the current market and trends towards 2020. The full report assesses the ability of SPC housing organisations to achieve both their own objectives for the period towards 2020, and those of the EU. It offers quantified insights into expected reductions in energy consumption, and recommends policy actions to accelerate progress to the desired level.

Among the report's most important findings are the identification of a funding gap of an estimated €180.6 billion euros between industry experts' projections of market growth, and the EU's energy efficiency targets for 2020.
