Impact of the Project • • • • • • • • Rs.7,500 Crores has been released by RD Ministry, Govt of India which was pending since 4 years due to lack of standards in Road Mapping. The state government is using the project for implementing Mukhya Mantri Gram Sampark Yojana, which entails construction of around 34,000km of all-weather roads to connect more than one lakh habitations having population of 250 each in the next five years at a cost of Rs 23,881 crore. Multi-connectivity of habitations under PMGSY and MMGSY has been restricted through this effort. Proximity analysis of existing high & Primary schools has led to identification of middle schools for upgrading to high schools and opening of 4000 more high schools. Assistance in Habitation based micro-level planning by State Government Management of Election’s Processes, Force Deployment and Route Chart Preparation have resulted in smooth conduct of elections and reduction of incident. Tablet based application for capturing on-line data and time stamped geo-tagged photograph from work-site has resulted in Field officers visiting the work site as per schedule and release of next installment based on work status. Rivers, Streams, Canals, Jamindari bandh network,Inundation Maps, embankments mapping has 2 helped to properly manage floods.
