Appointment Requests Appointment requests are received from several mediums: • Facebook • Our Website •Demand force website
Email confirmations • It’s important to ask for an email address to maximize our email list. • Offline patients- This mean that the patient does not have an email address. • Demandforce provides you with forms you can print out for these offline patients to fill out. • Demand force uploads these emails nightly after you input them into dentrix. • Emails are the gasoline that drives DEMAND FORCE.
Text Message Confirmations •The text message program will automatically send a text message to opt in for text message reminders. •Demand force will tell Dentrix to automatically confirm people who want to use the text messaging system. •Frequency of Text messaging
Surveys • Thank you email sent right after they come in to the office. • This happens automatically when patients are billed. • They are then directed to a survey. • That goes under Reputation tab on your dashboard. • AVERAGE score from all demandforce clients is 97%.
Surveys ( cont…) • These surveys will allow the customer to relay information from their experience. • Most will be positive. • We have to concentrate on the negative. • This will allow us to respond to unsatisfied customers.

Reviews • During survey patients are given to option to write public reviews about us. • The reviews are posted on the internet and help us reach more people through our social media and cyber outlets. • The reviews in turn help us gain recognition on search engines and service review websites.

Facebook • Demandforce is directly connected to our facebook page(s). • We have 2. • Patients and potential customers can schedule an appointment through facebook now. • The importance of this service is valuable. • They can also read reviews about us. • Currently: None

Recall Reminders • Sends them out to people who don’t have an appointment already. • Sent out automatically after 6 months. • It’s simple as a click to make the appointment. 2nd recall reminder- Lost patient • Sent out at the 18 month mark. • It’s a simple as a click to make the appointment.
Welcome EMAIL • This is an introduction to our new text and email services through demand force. • We can manually opt them out from any service on demand force. • Simply change the communications preferences on their demand force patient file.
Referral button • At the bottom of their automated emails from demand force is the Referral button.
Newsletters • These newsletters are going to be sent out to all of our customers. • Newsletters will keep the customer in touch with our organization. • New promotions • Special Discounts • Events In order for us to reach them we have to gather email addresses.
