       Trickster god, mischievous Stir things up Disguised as a old hag Acted like didn’t know what was going on Kept asking questions- mistletoe Went to forest to get mistletoe Found Baldur's blind brother (Hodur)

    Threw mistletoe towards Baldur- Loki helped Baldur’s brother hit him in the chest Baldur died instantly Loki fled away

     Festivity ended Ragnarok was due soon Funeral was so big giants needed Most valuable worldly possessions as gifts Baldur's wife died of grief

       Attempted to resurrect him Loki stopped it by more mischief Hel, goddess of death would help If every living creature cried for Balder Loki didn’t let that happen again Dressed up as giantess Thok- didn’t cry

   Odin’s new son, Vali Revenged his death Killed Hod but not Loki
