There is all information about the all citizen like as how many family members in their family, how many earning candidate, how many dependents, sources of income and how much they earn? (in future if needed) We can collect the data from voter list.

Ways of making database Internally: - the database that we make of our own is said to be internal database. External outsourcing of data: - the database we make by taking the help of other outside organizations is known as external database. For my business I would like to prefer the database internally due to various reasons.

Cost Factor: - Cost factor is one of the major factor need to be considered while making database. While making database following points need to be kept in mind: - Appointed person for collecting data must have full knowledge about the contents needed. He must have full knowledge about the area where he has to go for collecting data.
