56 y.o. male with acute onset of severe pain radiating into buttocks bilaterally. Motor exam revealed no weakness Decrease to light touch in the L5 and L4 distribution. Oswestry score of 78 Low back pain VAS of 74/100 Right leg pain VAS of 74/100 Left leg pain VAS of 73/100
