APPLICATION SPECIALIST; SAP) Managed five Payroll Service Centers and a Payroll Help Desk Phone Center, overseeing a staff of 12 that responded to over 5000 inquiries per month.  Developed and implemented a department specific training program, from curriculum design to end user training delivery.  Developed instructional materials and change communications distributed to 60,000 employees.  Developed and implemented a plan to recover $50 million in overpayments to employees.
