EASY EQUITY PAYMENT PLAN (E.E.P.P.) If buyer cannot afford the regular equity payment, he can avail of the EEPP. The following are the conditions: 30% of the equity must be paid within forty-five (45) days from reservation date. The balance of 70% of equity is subject to EEPP. The maximum period of EEPP is eighteen (18) months. EEPP interest is 16% straight per annum. In case of default, a 4% penalty per month on the amount due will be imposed.
