 Store Responsibilities • Customer service that included helping with customer product information, arranging large party orders including glass hire, trying to find & order a special product requests, product recommendations, sale transactions & customer carry outs • Ordering all the stock for the store that had a weekly turnover of between $180,000 to $230,000 during peak holiday times • Receiving & checking all store deliveries to make sure stock received matched the invoices presented. Following up any discrepancies with suppliers and authorizing payments & credits • Customer service that included helping with customer product information, arranging large party orders including glass hire, trying to find & order a special product requests, product recommendations, sale transactions & customer carry outs • Ordering all the stock for the store that had a weekly turnover of between $180,000 to $230,000 during peak holiday times • Receiving & checking all store deliveries to make sure stock received matched the invoices presented. Following up any discrepancies with suppliers and authorizing payments & credits

3. • Managing daily ticketing changes that happened throughout the day. Implementing all customer notices such as product recalls, pricing errors in the press or stock delivery issues • Along with the store manager I would help to try and resolve any customer enquires or complaints when it came to pricing issues or errors • Managing weekly promotional offers, this included ordering promotional stock, building & pricing floor displays & seeing that all promotional ticketing & other pos had been implemented throughout the store. I was responsible for making sure that my stores ticketing was correct and that it didn't mislead our customers or breach any of the Accc pricing guidelines or our company standards • Implementation of all store merchandising planograms, new store products & weekly price checking of store products. I would also work with our store support office to help resolve any other pricing issues like barcodes not working, wrong prices or descriptions on our store tickets or in any of printed press like our store catalogues • I would also look after any product deletions making sure the store a had a plan in place, to sell through and remove as quickly as possible the deleted lines from our store. I would also help our neighbouring Liquorland stores with their product deletions, by having them transfer their deleted lines to my store • Arrange in store tastings and other promotional activity with company suppliers, such as promotion of a new line. I would also work with company suppliers in the removal of any promotional marketing material once a price had ended or a competition on a certain line had finished • Implement the company markdown procedure for any stock items that where close to their best before or used by dates. I was responsible for ensuring well sold through these items at the correct markdown prices, and to remove any items for sale we hadn't sold, once the best before or used by dates had been reached • I was also the assistant store manager in charge of a team of over 20 team members. I was responsible for overseeing that all company standards where meet & maintained by all team members. This included our customer comes first always policy, checking to see they are adhering to our liquor licensing regulations to making sure all our health & safety policies where been followed • Managing weekly promotional offers, this included ordering promotional stock, building & pricing floor displays & seeing that all promotional ticketing & other in store pos was implemented. At the time of my resignation I had over 30 new business customers making weekly purchases at the store 02/2010 - 11/2012 Liquorland Area Requirement Manager • I was also responsible for the interviewing & hiring of all new team members in my area. I would liaise with the store manager on what the store requirements are. I would also liaise with our hr department who would advertise the stores position, and send me through applicable candidates to interview. Once the store manager & I had made our decision, I was responsible for seeing all our new hire paperwork & training was completed
