What We Do: Technology: Chloro Earth™ has optimized the process engineering with a unique Bio-Resin for the conversion of Agri-Residue like Sorghum stalk and Bamboo into a viable wood analogue using non toxic/low-no VOC binders. We have also initiated an active project on using our Bio Resin technology to manufacture the greenest MDF Boards at the lowest cost without any increase in capex. We also have lined up the additional building materials with our alliances that has the best commercial potential. Conducted Seminal Research that identifies Bio-Products with the best commercial potential in OECD (Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development) countries through a Private-Public-Partnership.

History Founded and Mentored previous company in India to explore India as a base for research and operations since mid 2008. Worked with over 20 research scientist since late 2007 to monetize crop science , and crop management of Sorghum and other Agri-residues and its uses. Completed seminal financial models that convert green to gold for marginal farmers in India in 2008. Embedded this sustainable farming model into a valuation study. Worked alongside pioneering scientists in identifying other bio products from Asia and India that can make our lives healthier and ecologically friendly. Branched out on my own in September 2009 capitalizing all my previous gratis efforts and IP into own vehicle : Chloro Earth Agri-Technologies.

Trend and Impact A transformation is evident as agricultural and biological sources give up their secrets to allow us to manufacture composite building materials that are truly green and clean, and at real economies of scale. Scientific developments are allowing changes in the relative contributions of Agriculture and Forest industries and the chemical industry leading to increased use of renewable inputs.

Global Shift and Focus The need for composite building materials that do not harm the environment has advanced significantly with what can only be described as a revolution in the innovations taking place especially in developing countries. Bio-based products that are non-food, non-feed agricultural products are now used in a variety of commercial/ industrial applications, thereby harnessing the energy of the sun to provide raw materials for industry and transportation fuels.

Research and Development Of the 43-44 thousand varieties of Sorghum, the crop science has been purposely identified to seed and harvest the right strains that can be used to manufacture composite board . Since we do not compete for Food , Feed or Fuel, we have also uniquely identified a strains that can enhance the above, producing bio-fuels including a tall woody stalks for our composite boards. Our Bamboo products are derived from over 30 years research in Bamboo applications with Public-Private-Partnership with Bamboo Missions in India. Our composite material boards are researched and designed from scratch using pioneering work done in the 1970s by one of the world’s foremost authority in Wood and Adhesive Technology. We use 100% bio-resins that can compete with MDI and are unique to a region in India.
