Arriving Unprepared : Arriving Unprepared Set up a sensible organization system.  Be disciplined with your routine.  Keeping your desk clean will help keep you focused. Failing To Keep Your Personal Life Out of The Classroom : Failing To Keep Your Personal Life Out of The Classroom Cause for termination  Avoid irreversible mistakes  Connect with students on general topics such as your pets.
