Clinical Leadership key roles and responsibilities • Ensure the provision of high quality, innovative, evidence based practice • Through a network of key relationships provide clinical leadership for major changes in clinical practice within POMS • Set and improve standards and respond to best practice guidelines • Participate in the development and implementation of business development and marketing strategies for the service, and innovate POMS in line with the Quality, Innovation, Productivity and Prevention (QIPP). • Develop, implement and evaluate strategies that support and influence governance, service delivery and quality improvements, education and training and workforce development #CAHPO16
