DLF group into Commercial lease, real estate, malls, cinemas, hotels, clubs, infrastructure having turnover of approx Rs 8,000 Crores listed in NSE/ BSE. Presently associates with commercial business unit (CorporateLeasing) of the DLF Group and reporting to BU AVP. Key Responsibilities are, Financial closing and reporting  Independently look after the quarterly, annual P&L and Balance Sheet as per Revised schedule VI (IGAAP) , GL scrutiny, provisions, reversal etc. includes expenses, Balance Sheet schedule.  Prepare notes to accounts and related party details and balance confirmations.  P&L analysis with previous quarters and Balance sheet movement analysis.  Close co-ordination with Grant Thornton auditors to get the audit of subsidiary financials.  Preparation of Board meeting presentation and results as per clause 41 of Listing agreement of SEBI  Review of XBRL file for secretarial submission.  Various cost certification from consultants for environmental clearance/ physicalverification of assets.  Cost audit of the SEZ unit and get certification from the cost auditor.

2. Fixed assets/Accounts payable  Monthly basis capex budget analysis with actual and closely interacts with the technical/ planning team for project Status to thecompletion.  Capitalization of fixed assets and depreciation on fixed assets details as per policy.  Approvalof bills for payments/provisioningetc. and interact with Genpact outsourced partner for proper booking. of cost and cost centre analysis and with follow up/closure of issues. Corporate Tax matters  Computation of Income tax provisions, advance tax, self-assessment tax and 234 B/C working.  Tax audit and related annexure and get signed off from the auditors.  Preparation of details for tax assessments and discussion with group tax team & consultants.  Computation of 801A & 801AB deductions and domestic transfer pricing audit.  Standalone financials for SEZ and industrial park undertakings and Form 10CCB.  Involve in tax planning with BU GM/CFO and group tax team. Financial projection and variance analysis  Prepare thequarterly financial projections.  Analysis of the projections with actual and budgets with console and non console. Supervisory function of commercial business unit of DLF group  Managing the audit of the commercial BU of 12 legal entities and submission for consolidation.  Look after the audit queries of theBU and discuss with BU AVP & CFO.  Review of theadvance tax working on legal entities basis and submit to theBU AVP/ CFO.  Review thequarterly projection of the commercial BU at consolidated level.  On quarterly basis variance analysis of the projection and budgets with actual for financial reporting.  Monthly/quarterly closureof thebooks of accounts in ERP system and match with financials.  Actuarial valuation reports of payrollof theBU entities and co-ordinates with actuarial & HR. Miscellaneousactivities  Involve in merger and demerger of thelegal entities and consolidated financials of the entities after merger/ Demerger  Coordination with KPMG internalauditors for internal audit issues.  Reply on final findings of internal audit report and implementation of the new recommendations for improvement.  Involvement in the process Improvement in the various processes. MIS Reports  Prepare theP&L analytics and Balance Sheet movement analysis and other adhoc details required by management. Genpact India Period September 2007 to February 2011 Manager – Finance & Accounts Term 3.5yrs Genpact India in leading BPO/ITES 1.5 BN $ company listed in NASDAQ USA. Reporting to Astt Vice President Controllership. Key responsibilities, Financial planning and variance analysis  Prepare theyearly operating plan and half yearly re- forecasting.  Monthly P&Lanalytics, revenue, and EBIT walk with operating plan with other key matrices etc.  Support to process owner in Revenue/EBIT analysis.  Opex / capex analysis as per the operating plan.  Headcount report analysis and its impact the cost to the company.  Interaction with the clients for issue for Invoicing, collection and credit control.  Pricing discussion with the management for new deals and projects.  Transition cost/revenue analysis for various projects/assignments time to time.  Approvethetravel of cost for OJT/transition as per budget and closely interact with ops team.  Monthly preparation of controlplans with thebusiness risks and opportunity estimation. 3. Jaipuria group Period January 06 - September 07 Asstt Manager – Finance & Accounts Term 1.9 yrs. Worked as with “Jai Drinks (P) LTD unit of Jaipuria Group (FOBO - PepsiCo INDIA) is in the business of Manufacturing, Sales and distribution through retail and dealers at New Delhi.
