What do the people think? 6 out of 10 engineers are looking for a job in 2014 CareerBuilder reports 21% of full-time employees plan to change jobs in 2014, the largest amount in the post-recession era and up from 17% in 2013. 21% (Up from 17% in 2013) Right Management, a talent management firm reports that 83% percent of the workers said they will "actively seek a new position" in 2014.
