Bloomsbury wanted to consolidate their multiple eCommerce platforms and integrate their business processes BLOOMSBURY’S CHALLENGE AND OUR SOLUTION We replaced over 10 platforms in 3 continents and brought over 10 brands on to a single platform creating an ecommerce site that attracts many millions of visitors

Understanding Bloomsbury’s audience and technical requirements were the two key factors to success. First, we conducted customer research to determine relevant functionality and utility: browsing habits, purchase behaviour, the role of social media and resoinse to online marketing.
