I decided to focus on the New Employee Orientation because I’ve worked as volunteer trainer for three years. Since I’ve taken this course I revisited some of the key personnel for their insight on the training What did you find as your general results? : What did you find as your general results? I discovered the program had few improvements to inspire the new employees The New Employee Orientation was still in a classroom setting It needed some creativity It should involve something innovative Why did you choose that specific topic?: Why did you choose that specific topic? I chose this specific topic because employees are the backbone of any organization To mold an employee to become an viable asset should be the employers goal The New Employee Orientation needed a facelift What recommendations, if any, did you make?: What recommendations, if any, did you make? I made the recommendation of a New Employee Orientation manual which required the employee signature for acknowledgment of receipt This is a future endeavor since I’m working with baby boomers the training should become blended online/classroom to keep pace with Generation y whom enjoy responsive communication Select motivated & enthusiastic trainers!
