Employee gets to keep unused flex credits. These credits are configured into their total compensation. Components Not in Line With Business Objectives : Components Not in Line With Business Objectives Since many of GGU’s faculty are professional practitioners, their benefit needs are met by their primary employer. Some staff are covered under a collective bargaining agreement which governs the type of benefits they get.
